Kyle co-founded AHM in 2017 and actively manages all aspects of the firm’s business while assisting to facilitate the execution of the firm’s strategic plan.
Originally from Southern Illinois, he fell in love with the architecture, history, and culture of the City of St. Louis while an undergraduate studying political science and philosophy at Saint Louis University. After completing several small-scale value-add multifamily projects in the City, Kyle co-founded AHM Group in 2017 to tackle middle-market, and ultimately institutional-scale, projects in an effort to continue, and ideally increase, the momentum of St. Louis’s revitalization of its iconic and vibrant neighborhoods.
